BONUSES
The 4 types of Bonuses offered are:
This is the first Bonus you will get paid and is based on the membership level you are on and your group performance for the week. The membership level you are on determines the rate applied, as provided below.
- Platinum VIP – 12%
- Platinum – 12%
- Gold – 10%
- Silver – 8%
- Q-Silver – 8%
The computations of the Bonus for a hypothetical Platinum VIP partner with hypothetical Group PV performances for 3 consecutive weeks, assuming the partner joined Longrich in week 1, are as shown in the graphics below.
Week 1
From the computations, we can see that this partner has 2,000, 1,500 and 1,800 PVs on his (assuming he is male) 3 legs. The highest leg is retained by Longrich as the Sharing leg, while the other two are the Bonus Legs from which the Performance Bonus is computed.
As a Platinum VIP, this partner’s Bonus rate is 12%, consequently his Performance Bonus is the sum of these PVs multiplied by the rate of 12%, which results in $396 for the week. Converting this with the current exchange of N300/$ results in a Perfomance Bonus of N118,800 for this partner for his first week. This will be added to his other commissions and credited to his Bank account on Thursday 3 weeks time. Longrich pays the commissions 3 weeks in arrears.
Week 2
A review of this partner’s performance shows that his 3 legs achieved cumulative PVs for the two weeks of 3,500, 2,950 and 3,100.
Since Performance Bonus is based on weekly performance, the PV for last week must be backed out to arrive at the PV for this week.
Consequently, the PVs for last week was removed from the legs to arrive at the total PVs for the week, which resulted in a Performance Bonus of N99,000 to this partner for the second week.
Week 3
The third week’s results for the 3 legs for this week for this partner of 4.500, 4,950, and 4,200 PVs, showed that the second leg has the highest PV, and therefore becomes the Sharing leg.
Consequently, in order to compute the Bonus for this week, the figures used last week must be backed out to get the net results for this week. In other words the formula for computation of the PV is simply as follows:
Performance Bonus = (Cumulative PV of lowest two legs for this week – Cumulative PV of lowest legs for last week) x Performance Bonus Rate x Exchange rate
Using this formula,
Perfomance Bonus
= (4,500 + 4,200 – 2,950 – 3,100) x 12% x 300
= N95,400
Longrich pays a weekly Development Bonus of 10% on the PVs of partners generations from the first generation to the last generation as long as there is a minimum of 60 PV and there are at least 2 legs in the generation. This Bonus is based on the placement tree.
We’ll demonstrate this Bonus through a hypothetical VIP Platinum partner, with focus on his first 3 generations for a particular week. The same process applies to all his downline generations.
1st Generation
The 3 direct referrals of the partner has PVs of 1,560, 1,200 and 1,350 for the week. Now Longrich keeps the highest leg as the sharing leg, therefore to calculate the Bonus, the two relevant PVs are the 1,200 and 1,350, which would be added together and multiplied with 10% to get the Development Bonus for the first generation.
2nd Generation
A review of the PVs of the second generation for the week shows that the highest PV of 2,450 came from the last group. This group will be kept as the sharing leg by Longrich. The other two legs then represents the Bonus legs, and the highest in each of the two legs is used for the calculation. The highest in the first group is 1,200 and that of the second is 2,150. These two PVs will then be added together and multiplied with 10% to get the relevant Development Bonus for this generation, which will then be added to that of the other generations.
3rd Generation
Again, a review of the PVs in the third generation of this hypothetical partner shows that the highest PV is found on the second leg, which is 2,800. This leg therefore is the sharing leg. The highest PVs in the other two legs are 1,400 and 2,450. These are then added together and multiplied with the 10% Development Bonus rate.
Longrich pays all partners a weekly Leadership Bonus. This is a percentage of the Performance Bonus (PB) of your referrals up to 12 generations based on the sponsor tree and your ranking, from the rank of Diamond 1 and above.
As shown on the above Chart, the rate starts at 10% for the first generation only, of those on Diamond 1 rank, to 45% for those on Star Director 5 rank. The percentages and downline generations covered increases as the rank of the partner increases. For instance, partners on Diamond 5 rank, get 10% of the PBs of those on their first generations, 5% of the PBs of those on their second to fifth generations. It must be pointed out, though, that Leadership Bonus is based on the sponsor tree and not on the placement one.
There are two components to this Bonus.
First Longrich recommends that every partner makes a maintenance order of 30 PV in every monthly cycle. This is in line with the expectation that every partner switches their brand, using Longrich products, upon joining Longrich. This maintenance order is quite optional, but strongly advised and there are specific benefits to making the order.
Longrich pays you a Maintenance Order Bonus of 4.5% on every Maintenance Order placed by yourself or any of your referrals up to 15 generations in your placement tree. In order words, for every such order placed, by anyone in your team, you are paid the sum of $1.35 (30 x 4.5%).
The table below shows the financial implication and the potential of the payment of this bonus if everyone commits to making the Maintenance Order every cycle.
As the table shows, with just 3,000 members committing to making the 30PV maintenance order, one will get a maintenance order Bonus of over a million Naira every month and this is just one of the bonuses. The 30 PV is easily achievable with a change of brand to Longrich products.
There is a second part to this Bonus.
Over and above the 30PV maintenance order, Longrich pays you a Retail Order Bonus of rates between 21% and 45% for cumulative retail orders made in a monthly cycle, based on your sponsor tree, and depending on the cummulative PV.
The rates for this Bonus is as shown in the table below.
This bonus presents unique opportunities for investment in Longrich products for retailing and realising impressive returns for everyone, especially those who own supermarkets and retail outlets. This opportunity has been discussed and analysed here.
Additional Information:
Please note that for Diamond 2 and above partners, 5% of their weekly bonus income is automatically deducted and reserved into their Maintenance e-Wallet (subject to a monthly cycle maximum of US$300), which can be accessed and reviewed at any time through the back-end portal. Members may use the balance of their e-Wallet to make maintenance order payments (as repeat orders) when so desired.
